DR optimal, only good DR so only one really checked.
I should have found on inverse this by extending the trigger but I'm not sure how, skill issue but saved because I had only this to check so I tried everything I could (kind of DR bounding stuff but clearly both sides of the 4a1 were short to HTR so had a lot of potential)
I noted a DR in 12 with JZP variants that gives 19 really easily but ofc did not check that, that would have given me 19.67 mo3

Wtf was that scramble ??? Too many emotions
First minute I noticed huge blocks and 3 move EO preserving some and found a 7 move DR
R L2 B, R U L2 D//of course it's 2c5,
Then realised there also is a 2 mover and 6 3 movers, even the 6 bad is goated.
My expectations were so high I didn't check half the 4 move EO's I wrote I mean every 3 mover was RZP or JZP or at least blocky !
But then nightmare : I was expecting 18 on this scramble but only one DR with very good subset : 4b2 2e in 10 with HTR in 14.
I was ready for a fight against the 7+5 for a 22 at 45min but this 2c3 reduction looked too good and I got a stupid slice in 20 saving the attempt.
What a surprise Mallard does not find a realistic sub 20 and all my DR's are sup 20 optimal what did I miss ?

Well this was again a stupid scramble.
The 3 mover is insane and so the variations were also very good .
I wrote down lots of EO in 5 that I didn't check.
Also (U' D R', D) F2 B2 D F2 D//4b4 in 9 but insane blocks
Sadly there is a 19 on a 9+2c4 I found after my 20 but I considered this was not worth looking at. Hope wen does not find it as he checks NISS EO's first

I could have found this in less than 10 minutes, but my hate for 2c4 is too strong to commit to this variation hell early.
4 variants, this was the second one I tried, and extending the HTR the obvious way gave me instant 20.
I checked all my 4 movers and all the variants but stopped earlier than needed cause what to do after that

I like DR Flipping JZP stuff instead of trying to figure out double slice or trying all HTR variations. Happy to have found this but clearly this will not happen every solve
Also 23 is optimal for JZP variants but there is one without complicated double slice so skill issue

FMC can be so ridiculous sometimes....
I don't always extend 4 move EO's because I have enough but that scramble had so few linear 5 move EO's that I decided to write all I could find in case the 3 move EO was bad.
I was mentally ready for variation hell war but spammed these extensions and found this directly...
Also had

Pretty quickly got 21 to slice on 2 variants and 22 final. Mallard with my settings gives 22 from these DR
EDIT : Looking at Louis's solution, I realized that I forgot to check this HTR on this variant because on first 2 variants it was bad and the other one gave 21 to E slice :(

What a scramble. I wrote down so many 4/5 movers and the 3 move EO's were stupid : lots of RZP's in 4, even RZP in 3 or AR-0c0e which could lead to a lot of JZP where I lost a lot of my free time :)
22 19 20 is ridiculous 20.33 mo3 where 1 feels like such a fail.

It took me a while to get sub 23, had 20 to slice from first variation but +3 optimal (only 2c4e trigger was slicable). But then I had so much things to check...
I got this pretty late because I made up a DR giving slice in 21 that I couldn't find again (probably miss scrambled), but if someone early nissed the EO then probably getting 19 in all of this is pretty easy.
