You can insert a U' between the F B combo on inverse to get 11+1 but everything was bad on that. Only other decent thing I really found was F D' L F B (D F2 U2 F2 U' F) which instantly gave me 18 to 2E + slice but without any good way to do the 2E. Still would have probably investigated it more if

Very proud of this solution! I derived the DR from first finding F2 U' R2 F followed by either R2 D2 L' B2 D into meh 2c4, or D R2 D2 L F2 U into good 2c4 for the cost of a move
After exhausting all of my options there + getting trolled by 20 to slice without any +2's I could find from (R L) B2 L2 D F R2 U F2 U2 L, I decided to try the +1 extension of the EO from those aforementioned DR's to see if it gave a similar case. Worked better than expected!
10 move finish from a DR is a bit lucky tbf, but I really struggled to find anything from my 4 movers (though I didn't get around to checking D ([F' L2] U) on normal)

There was a LOT to check from this start given the nice HTR subset along with a very easy to manipulate EO
I found this cool HTR for example:
B' L R2 F B D2 B' , L (R F2 R' U2 L U , R)
Also had two different 9+4's along with a 10+2c3 and 10+2c4 but didn't find much there

I wasn't remotely prepared for the 8c8e 11+4 2c4 circus, certain I missed at least a 23 from it (possibly a 22?) but too unfocused :(

Also had 24 to slice from U L' B F' D' L2 F' U2 D2 L, but I was hoping I wouldn't need a safety 24 xD
Very hard attempt. Probably should have looked at more RZP in 6 with/without NISS instead of EO spamming since I only had 3 semi-viable DR's on this scramble (the third being (R U F' U' L B2 R2 B D B2 U) which is 2c4)

Also had a bunch of seemingly useless HTR in 14 from this;
F B (U R' L D B2 L B' R B) 11+1, replace normal with R2 or L2 followed by 4 more moves to HTR but they all sucked after I passed through them 2-3 times (flipping to get DR in 13 made things worse!!! yay!!!)

At around 55 min I realized I forgot to note a DR variation, and the 3rd or 4th thing I found on it was 21 to x2 slice using the same EO :/
Expected more from this scramble but I honestly didn't have more than one standout DR which was same EO + (B L2 F L F)... Maybe I missed a 22 by not checking lots of 4q on it?

DR start is 21 optimal so this shows that my recent 6+ week break did a lot of damage to my skill XD (none of the 4 total 21's seem easy to find TBH but with that many 21's it's unlikely that 22 isn't findable for a human here)
