a ton of 4 movers (+3 3movers) on FB didn't give any sub12 DRs then checking the 5 movers I wrote, got an 11 to 2c5 and this, so I kinda just went for this

I had a 23 to slice on this DR but that didn't +0... but apparently optimal was 23 with the same 2q reduction but with a different 4 mover setup...
