I found this dr at 45 minutes because I checked all my eos and started randomly switching 4movers, and got jumpscared by a jzp with 4 pairs. Probably should’ve focused a bit more on htr in 11, i found it at around 50 minutes but didn’t switch it immediately, which led to finding +7 to slice quite late at around 55-56 minutes, but i write the slice skeleton incorrectly the first time(L instead of L’), which lost me another 2 minutes so i had less than 2 minutes to find slice solution and write it down.

Overall: 22 19 21 findable from my drs and 22 19 20 findable from the set(quite happy with dr finding this round), missed 6 moves from my drs but it’s more like 2 since on a2 i did have the 19 written down in time. Sucks to not have submitted it for a tied nr mean, but it would've only been a tie and this pales in comparison to the throw in round 2 so i’d say i’m ok with round 1. 24 is kinda bad of course but the scramble was bad and it’s cool to use rzp into 5c6e

But more than that, after already having a 4b2 4e in 9, i found this dr:

I don’t know why, maybe because it is a bad shape on normal, but i didn’t mark the length and subset on my sheet(despite marking things like 2c4 in 10), and so when 4b2 wasn’t cooperating I didn’t see that this dr existed and didn’t switch it(and i was looking, cause i recall remembering that i had a 2c3 in 10 but not finding it on my sheet so thinking i hallucinated it), but:

Thinking about this solve physically hurts me. If only i switched this dr immediately after finding it, or after some time when i had no good solution from the 4b2, this would’ve been a 20.33 mean at like 30 minutes of a3. After I submitted a 23 and Modest told me he got a 20 from a dr i had i honestly wanted to cry, cause i found the 19 immediately after i tried switching the dr.
