I had absolutely nothing. Tried stuff on this J-shape 2c5 in desparation, hoping for maybe a +13 to stay in the fight.
Slice in 21 appears right away and I spent like 15 minutes on this. Turns out this is a unique +1 that will prove to be crucial overall.

First thing to try on the inverse scramble is a 21 and there really isn't more.
Lot's of people didn't know the 5-move shape it seems.
Rare 2q solution to 4b2 4e.

(F2 B2 U' L2 D) //DR 10+2 4c4e, crazy variations on the EO side
(F R2 U2 F') //HTR
(L R D2 R2 B2 U2 F2 L R) //finish, found it by doing (L R) and then switching for the variations of the EO

This is DR as well as:
R L' B
U D (F2 B2 D' B2 D) //10+2
are related to eachother as they both come from (F2 B2 U' L2 D) //DR-1s.
Theres also short DRs from fixing it all on inverse:
(F2 B2 U' L2 D F R2 U2 F' R L) //this 11+1 that leads to the same 19 as well as like a million other short DRs

I fount this 19 at around 30min, but at the time I was certain that there must be something even better here.
Turns out there weren't any sub-19s afterall, as none of these seem sensible to me at the moment:
