Miscounted this as 24 to slice somehow at first and had nothing until 57 where I came back to this and solved the slice just to have something, actually even left the rotations in, and got done at like 59:50. 22 opt, whatever. Also mistraced as 4a2 6e at first and worked on the other good DR I had until like 40 minutes.

Did not try 4q because I was too overwhelmed in trying to find any solution at all. Not necessary in the end because the 22 DR optimal is from the exact HTR I used, but the finish destroys basically all premade blocks from the HTR and is just way too unintuitive to me. Maybe switching after HTR would have helped but eh. All those short blocky HTRs but they led to nothing.
EDIT: Turns out I am also too bad at spotting quarter turn leave slices, Rogo found the other optimal that uses it.

U2 L2 U2 B2 U2 B2 // Solved, phew (23)
Optimal from this variation, 22 is DR optimal. Started working on this DR at 47 minutes and it turned out to be pretty tricky to figure out. +1 from optimal is pretty good for having 13 minutes for 2c4.
The other variation that I discarded is 22 optimal and requires switching after the first qt, which I did, but I did not invert the DR move on the other side, so I missed it. Idk if I would have found the leave slice from the HTR in the time scramble anyways, and solving the slice would have been a pain in the ass.
Also I had the 21 opt 11 to 2c4 from the 0c0e RZP on normal but eh no.

All my DRs seem to be 21 optimal at best, the only other notable DRs except the 3 other variants of this one are:

What a solution, should have probably found it more linearly...

Last minute slice insertion, phew. Optimal after DR.
Also had this, found nothing better than 23 to slice tho:
(D) U' B' U
(R' D2 B R F') // 9, 2c4
(R' B2 R' F2 U2 L' U2 L) // HTR (8/17)
(D2 L2 B2 U2 B2 L2) // Slice, idk if +0 (23)
And it looks like this is also at least 23 optimal because nissy gives me some weird EO extension for 22...
So from my DRs (had another 23 opt 11 to 2c3 4e), there was nothing better than 23...

Found the same solution twice (optimal after DR) but the first I found was unnecessarily complex.
U F2 R' B' D' // EO (5/5)
F' B' L' B' // DR lol, 2c3 4e (4/9)
1)
L^ (D2 R^ D2 B2 L2 D2 B2 U2 R) // HTR (10/19) was just trying to solve the case and this happened
(D2 L^2 D2 R2) // Slice lol (23 but actually 22)
^: w // Solved (-1/22)
2)
R B2 ^ R (D2 L) // HTR (5/14) much more normal, but also found the HTR starting from normal
B2 D2 F2 R*2 U2 B2 // Slice + 2e (6/20)
^: B2 R2 F2 L*2 F2 R2 // Slice (6-4/22)
*: w // Solved (+0/22)
Had nothing else to work with so at least I found optimal for it.

+1 of course
Tired solve, so this is fine. Did not know how to handle the variation hell of DRs I got, so I'm glad I could circumvent it with this DR. Looks like you can extend the trigger by 1 move to get to HTR in 16 and solved in 20 (or switch and do the 4 HTs on the other side). Did not look at anything except this and the next DR.
Other:
B' L D R2 F (L' D R U) // 9, 2c4 (22 opt, looked at this briefly; fun fact nobody needs to know: DRU means digital rectal examination in German)
B' (L2 F), (L2 D) F2 U R2 L2 D // 10, 4c3 (23 opt)
B' (L2 F), U R F2 B2 U2 R2 U // 10, 4c3 (23 opt)
B' (L2 F), (U2 L) R2 L2 D // 9, 0c4 (21 opt but yeah why would I look at this)
