4/8/2 scramble with a few 3 move EOs, I didn't manage to find anything notable other than this cool 9+5 DR with further RZP-ing a premade RZP: D2 R (D’ R’) (F D L2 D B)//4b5 (9) I also had a 10+4 and after doing like 1 single HTR on it I found a 22 to slice and figured that was probably it for that DR: (D’ R’ D) (F L) F D2 R’ F2 R//2c4 (10) F’ U2 B D2 R2 B L2 B D2 L2 F2 D2//22 to slice Going back to the 9+5 I realised there was an opportunity to change the corner case, which I tried and to my amazement it gave 1q, and a straightforward 19 to slice: D2 R' (D' R') (F <R2> U B2 U F')//4a1, the move in <> is a hack to switch the corner case (10) U2 F2 [D R2 U2 B2 L2 B2] L2//E slice (19) []->U F2 U2 R2 B2 R2 U’ D (21) Final: D2 R’ U2 F2 U F2 U2 R2 B2 R2 U’ D L2 F U’ B2 U’ R2 F’ R D +2 is unfortunate but to be expected for a 1q DR. Finish is optimal anyway so it’s alright. There is a findable 19 from this scramble: B2 D’ (L’ D’) (R) L2 R B’ R//4a1 (9) (D2 F’ U2 R2 D2 F’ D2 F) (U2 B2)//19 But I had the EO written as (L’ D) B2 D, and didn’t switch the EO. Oh well

I worked until like 36 minutes on this scramble trying to search for all worthwhile +2 to RZPs on the 3 movers, very risky move, that didn’t end up giving any super great DRs anyway lol 4a2 2e is supposed to be not that great but it has proven effective many times in comp for me if the NISS HTR works. I also spent a lot of time trying 4q pathways but 21 is optimal from DR and its variant. Other: B L’ F’ R’ U (F2 L’ B2 R’ D)//2c3 (10) B’ L’ F (U L’ B2 D2 R2 U L)//2c4 (10) (U) R D (F B L’ R2 F’ L2 F)//2c3 (10) (F2 D F R’) (B2 L2 B’ U F’ D’ B)//cool 2c3 (11) Mallard doesn’t find anything sub-21 from what I think is ‘reasonable’ on this. It does find a few 20s from annoying stuff like DR in 11 off the 3 move EOs but like nah

F B' (R F) (R' D R D2 L')//2c3 with cool rzp (9) (R2 [U L2 U L2 U') (D2] R2 L2 F2 R2)//S slice (20) Oh wait []->(D F2 U F2 D) // S slice in 19 now [F B' R2 F2 R2] L2 D'... []->U2 B2 D2 F' B (19) Final: U2 B2 D2 F' B L2 D' F2 U' F2 D' R2 L D2 R' D' R F' R' This scramble is 4/6/6, but there were only 4 4 move EOs lol. But the scramble itself had a lot of pairs so I figured there’s still potential for a great result. Thankfully my vibe-check radar was still working despite being very tired and I found the cool 9 move DR :) At first I found the above skeleton and thought “okay that’s a 20, let’s leave it aside”. I then found and completed this other 20: F B’ (R F) (R’ D R D2 L’) U’ (D’ R2 D’) (F2 L R U2 L’ R’)//19 to E slice, +1 Only in the last ~5 mins or so did I realise the original skeleton I had above actually can be made into 19 to S slice and quickly wrote down the 19, which is optimal from DR. Other: (D’ L’ U’ B) (L U F2 D R2 D)//variation heavy 2c3 (10) B2 R U2 R F2 U2 D2 L U2 B2//20 to E + M which I left as a backup in case the other 9+3 didnt work
