I also had a 20 to M from a variation of my final DR: (D U2 B R' U) (F L' B2 R' L2 B) D2 R D2 F2 L' R2 F B' L2 U2 F' B//21 to M, technically 20, but it's doomed Mallard lists a possible 20 from RZP in 6, which I would probably have checked if the relatively free 22 didnt show up on this bad scramble: R' F' L B // eo-fb (4/4) L2 D // rzp-lr-eofb (2/6) (R D2 R' D) // dr-lr-eofb [4b2 4e] (4/10) R2 D2 B2 R U2 B2 L // htr-lr (7/17) D2 R2 U2 // finish (3/20) Other: R F L B L U2 R2 F2 D R//2c3 (10) R F L B' R' U2 R2 B2 U' L//4c3 (10)

Having 4 8 move DRs to work with was a bit overwhelming, and I found this leave slice quite late at about 50 minutes so I was quite close to being in trouble Other: (U2 R) U (L2 U2 L2 F D)//2c3 (8) (U2 R) U' B (D L2 D' F)//4b2 (8) (D2 F2 B2 L) (D) D2 F2 D//2c4 (8) All of these are 20 optimal and I only managed to find a single one of them lol Mallard sub-20s are not something I would consider realistic to check on this scramble

Obligatory I hate scrambles where there is no standout DR and you have to grind through a ton of 10 move DRs, this usually results in me missing good results on like 3 of them
other:
F (L2 R F)
(B2 D2 L2 F2 D' R)//2c3 (10)
F (L2 R F')
(U2 B2 D R2 F2 L)//2c3, this is 20 optimal despite it being 6e
(B') U2 B
U (R2 F2 R2 D L2 D)///2c3, this is also 20 opt if you add a slice into the trigger (10)
L' F2 L'
F' U' F B' U' B2 U//4b2, 21 optimal with 4q
Also a competely missed 19 because I did not try inverting the F move of the EO:

This EO was the first one I checked and I basically had a 12 to HTR at <15 mins, as a result I speedran the rest of the EOs and missed a ton of stuff that other people found to get 21 F R' B2 U2 F2 L U2 L2 B2 R' F B2 the optimal for this DR is 19 and involves reverting to 4a2 then switching, I considered that in the attempt but then promptly forgot about it... There are also possible 21s off the 12 to HTR as it is but I skill issued on all of them lol

I was mainly focusing on reducing to 4b2 and switching for both of its variations and didn’t find anything that would beat the potential 20 I already had. At about 45 mins I decided to just try reductions to 4a2 on normal and 18 to slice appeared just like that. I wasn’t hopeful it would +0 but when I saw that it did my hands just started shaking like crazy lol Other: (D) R B2 U B F2 D2 R’ B//2c3 (9)
