My first WR, looking back it's quite funny that WR came from 2c4/4c3/4c3

I had these other DRs:

B (F' U' L' B')
R2 D' R//4q (8)

(R' F U R L)
F U' F U//4q, I think fush used this for his 22 (9)

(L' U) B R D
F L F2 R B//4q (10)

Thoughts:

This scramble looked so blocky but had 6/8/4 EO. There were a bunch of short DRs with 5 move EOs but all had high qt counts, but luckily one had an 11 move finish ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I found the leave slice at about 45 minutes so I didn't have to rush anything.

Fun fact: I wasn't originally planning to check the 8 niss EOs after F and switch, but I decided to just write them down mid attempt and check them for some reason. Great decision I guess?

I had these other DRs:

D' F' (R F')
(R') D F2 D' R'//3q (9)
(U) L2 U' R2 D//14 to HTR

R (R)
(D R2 F' B2 U' L2 D')//3q inspired by Cyprian's world's first solve (9)
(F) L2 F L2 F//14 to HTR

R (R')
(D) U2 R2 D B2 U B2 U'//1q but needs 3 (10)

This attempt was unsatisfying, I found this 21 very quickly after nissing for the RZP in 3 at about 20 minutes. I spent the remaining time trying my other DRs but could not find anything better than 21, even though it feels like the other 9 to 3qs might have some stuff. It turns out there is no DR I found that gave better than 21, although I wouldn't be surprised if someone finds an easy DR that I missed

(Also spending the entire attempt with last night's spicy noodles causing trouble in my bowels is not good)

EOs were 6/4/8

Side note, optimal for the scramble uses the 2 move EO but they are not findable

There is also a 19 from JZP in 3:

R (R') // eolr (2/2)
D' (D') // rzpfb-eolr (2/4)

I had these other DRs:

B2 L' (F' U' R)
F2 R2 B2 R2 D//4q (10)

(F') D' B
(U' R) R2 L2 U' F2 L//4q (10)

(L2 R' F)
(D' L) U D F2 U D R//2q, many variations (11)
(F2 D2 B2 D B2 D')//17 to 3e found after getting the 19, i think there's a 21 from this

4/4/6

Going into this attempt I was somehow not as nervous as worlds attempt 3. The scramble looked pretty good even from the picture, so I had high hopes. I found that 11 to 2q DR set pretty early and I felt like there was a reasonable chance to get WR already.

Then I found the 9 to 3q at about 30 minutes, and the rest just solved itself...

I also wrote down my solution wrongly (the U' D was written as U D') and I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to diagnose the error lmao
